Walking and standing in neutral
Doing the walking and standing in neutral exercise really helps when you need to get in a character, for example when you change from you into to your character it could be a complete change therefore making it hard to get into character whereas doing this simple but great exercise it will get you into to character much faster than normal because standing and walking in neutral will establish you character almost straight away.
Hips, shoulders and head
This exercise is really important when being an actor because it will loosen you up and you will be ready for whatever is thrown at you because being an actor you have to be ready for anything.
Leg swings and arm swings
This exercise like the hips, shoulders and head exercise are both very similar for example you need both of these to help you with whatever your doing as a actor even if it is to walk slowly around the stage to taking a massive leap across the stage.
Voice work
Voice work is an essential when being an actor because you may come across all sorts of different characters all with different personalities such as shy and low status or loud and high status, so characters come with different voices. So doing these exercises will help you a lot whether your whispering or screaming.

By hot seating are characters we found out how the character felt through out the whole play which helped because we got different views on the character which meant we had a better perspective on the whole play.

This exercise is very useful when being an actor because not only do you feel like your character but you now have a better understanding of your character is.

Then by using Head, Heart and guts helped us go into a deeper meaning with are characters.
when trying to find are characters we went through all sorts of different experiments to help us along the way such as finding out what are emotional centres are and also what status levels are characters
